About Matthew Kensky
Attorney Matthew Kensky has spent his entire career defending individuals accused of criminal & traffic offenses in Northern Virginia. He started his legal career more than 20 years ago in 1999 at the Fairfax County Public Defender’s office where he spent five years representing thousands of clients in criminal cases ranging from traffic matters to serious felony cases and rose to the rank of Senior Asst. Public Defender. He went on to work at a well-respected boutique law firm in Fairfax as their criminal and traffic defense attorney. Attorney Kensky joined Scrofano Law PC in 2024.
