About Embark Behavioral Health
Our intensive outpatient program (IOP) in Livingston, New Jersey, provides outpatient therapy that helps adolescents, teens, and young adults with mental health conditions like anxiety and depression. Embark Behavioral Health also offers other healing treatment programs across the United States, including virtual intensive outpatient programs, residential treatment centers, partial hospitalization programs, therapeutic boarding schools, and transitional living programs that help youths heal.
