About BizSalesGuy
BizSalesGuy is the brokerage brand of Eddy Roche, a licensed Arizona business broker (Associate Broker, license BR579487000) with HUB AZ Brokers | Sunbelt Business Brokers of Arizona and on the broker team at Arizona Restaurant Sales. Eddy sells Arizona businesses confidentially: restaurants, bars, franchises, service businesses and contractors. Every engagement starts with a free, confidential valuation based on seller's discretionary earnings (SDE) and comparable sales. From there he handles the listing and marketing, screens and qualifies buyers before any details are shared, negotiates price and terms, and coordinates the purchase agreement from letter of intent to closing. Eddy has been involved in more than 1,500 real estate transactions, owned his own real estate brokerage, built and sold more than 23 private businesses, and has owned and operated a restaurant and bar. Based in Phoenix, serving all of Arizona.
