About Bramley And Stone
Bramley & Stone are specialist heritage building contractors working across Dorset, Hampshire, Surrey, and Somerset. We focus exclusively on traditional and period properties, including Victorian, Georgian and listed buildings. We provide expert lime plastering, lime rendering and lime pointing, using breathable materials that allow solid wall buildings to perform as intended. Our approach is rooted in traditional craftsmanship, ensuring long-term compatibility with historic construction methods. Many of the issues we see in older homes - including damp, cracking render and failing mortar, are caused by the use of modern cement-based materials. We specialise in diagnosing and resolving these problems.
