Temprano Construction is a family-owned, licensed New Jersey general contractor serving Essex, Morris, Bergen, Union and Somerset counties. Founded in 1985 and led today by second-generation builder Ray Temprano, the company specializes in luxury home additions — second-story and add-a-level additions, rear additions and master suites — along with kitchen, bathroom, basement and whole-home remodeling, roofing and siding. Ray runs every project personally: he writes a fully itemized proposal so homeowners know what is and isn't included, pulls the permits, and stays on site from framing to finish. Temprano is an EPA Lead-Safe Certified Firm (certified for purposes of Section 402 of TSCA), which matters in Northern New Jersey's pre-1978 housing stock.
