About Sprint Material Processing
Sprint Material Processing is a precision metal fabrication provider based in Malaga, Western Australia. The automated smart factory is built around a 20kW Bystronic ByStar fibre laser with auto-focus cutting head, MIXGAS oxygen and nitrogen blending, and automated loading and unloading for unmanned running. Sprint cuts carbon and mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper, brass, Corten, galvanised steel and floor plate, with mild steel from 0.6 to 32mm. A 150-ton XPERT Pro CNC press brake handles accurate folding of simple and complex parts, backed by a full fabrication workshop for one-off components through to large production runs. Work is to AS/NZS 1554 and AS/NZS 5131, with material traceability.
