About Transformation Counselling
Transformation Counselling provides in-person and online counselling, psychotherapy and psychological assessment services from our downtown Ottawa clinic on the 7th floor of the Fairmont Château Laurier. Conveniently located near Parliament Hill, the ByWard Market, Rideau Centre and the University of Ottawa. Our therapists support anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, grief, relationship concerns, ADHD, OCD and more using approaches such as CBT, DBT and EMDR. We also provide psychological assessments for ADHD, Autism, psychoeducational needs, OCD, anxiety, depression and other mental health concerns for children, teens and adults.
