STANDOUT Inc. builds and operates VATES, an AI assistant that a company puts on its own website.
Load your own material into it — product pages, price lists, manuals, policies — and VATES answers visitors from that material rather than from the open internet.
It goes live three ways: as a widget added with one line of JavaScript, as a chat page of its own, or as an API that a development team builds into an existing product.
What we hold is ordinary readable text, not numeric indexes, and it is read afresh each time a question arrives. Correcting a price or a policy takes effect the moment it is saved, and anyone on the team can open the knowledge base and see exactly what the assistant knows.
Visitors are answered in whatever language they write in, from that one set of material — nothing is stored in translation. The console and the documentation are provided in 23 languages.
There is no subscription and no monthly minimum. A balance is topped up from USD 5.00 and only what is consumed is drawn down.
