Services
Mirage specializes in kitchen renovations, bathroom remodels, basement finishing, and legal basement suites. Background
Mirage Renovations began with a founder who arrived in Canada in 1996 and learned floor sanding, which grew into tile setting. After five years working for other renovation companies and learning the trades from the ground up, he started the company in 2006. The first property management contract came in 2007 with Minto Properties, followed by Centurion in 2010, Rhapsody in 2023, and Boardwalk in 2024. In 2025 Mirage expanded its focus toward private residential renovations, with a long-term interest in missing middle construction across the GTA.
Today the company runs in-house project management, site supervision, estimating, carpentry, and plaster and paint, supported by roughly 20 subcontractor trades. Mirage carries WSIB and commercial liability coverage. Clients include private homeowners across Toronto and the GTA alongside institutional property management firms such as Minto Properties, Centurion, Boardwalk, Rhapsody, Schickedanz, Golden Equity, and Gold Seal.
