About PrairieCare Brooklyn Park
Our Brooklyn Park clinic services offer supports such as individual therapy or medication management. When additional support is needed, our Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) offer a higher level of care—either as a bridge from inpatient care or an alternative to weekly therapy.
For individuals who are pregnant or postpartum, we also provide virtual outpatient therapy focused on perinatal mental health.
