NovaSkin Laser & Wellness is a physician-owned medical aesthetics practice in Jackson, Tennessee, led by Dr. Shahzad Shah, MD, MS, Diplomate of the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine. Dr. Shah personally performs the procedures at NovaSkin, and every treatment plan begins with a physician evaluation and Canfield VISIA skin analysis. NovaSkin offers two procedures not available elsewhere in the region. Endolift, an in-office laser procedure that uses a fine micro-optical laser fiber beneath the skin to tighten the jawline and reduce fullness under the chin. It also offers office-based liposuction, using EcoJet water-assisted technology for focused contouring of the chin, abdomen, flanks, arms, and other stubborn areas, with fat grafting available. For skin laxity and tightening, NovaSkin offers Ultherapy, Endolift, and RF microneedling.
