Full Scale helps growing U.S. companies build dedicated software development teams with senior engineering talent from the Philippines. Its developers are integrated into client organizations and work full-time on their products, following established technical processes and collaborating directly with U.S.-based team members. The company removes much of the complexity associated with international staffing by managing recruitment, payroll, benefits, and HR in the Philippines. Full Scale was founded in 2018 by Matt Watson and has since staffed more than 200 U.S. companies. Rates start at $35 per hour, while engineers receive Product Driven training and use modern AI development tools.
