About Spencer Christopher Yacht and Ship Inc
Spencer Christopher Yacht and Ship is an independent brokerage house in Stuart, Florida, working the Eastern Seaboard across the full range of vessels — center consoles, cruisers, sportfish, motor yachts, and superyachts. We represent both buyers and sellers, and we treat every transaction as a fiduciary duty rather than a sale. The house is built on credentials earned on the water: a licensed and bonded Florida yacht and ship broker since March 2000, CPYB, IYBA member, holding a 100-ton USCG Master's license with towing endorsement. President Christopher Cooke handles his own clients end to end — valuation, marketing, sea trial, survey, escrow, and closing — and reviews every detail under his name. Our standard is plain: know the vessel, know the market, and protect the client on both sides of the deal. From first contact to closing, the work is handled with precision, discretion, and the quiet confidence of people who have done this for decades. The Highest Standards. Both Sides. Fully Represented.
