About Dapo Martial Arts
Kids, teens, and adults train at Dapo Martial Arts to get stronger, sharper, and steadier under pressure. Teaching since 2003 and in Mississauga since 2005, we run self-defence-based Karate-do, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Arnis/Kali, and Tai Chi Chuan/Qi Gong, ages 4 to adult. Shy kids find their confidence long before any rank, and parents tell us the change shows up at home and at school. Teens find a discipline that carries into their schoolwork. Adults get a workout that clears the head, plus a women's-only class runs weekly. We can't give you a belt. Only your own work can, and consistent training is how it happens. Over 60 have earned a black belt here. Weekday evenings and weekend mornings. Free trial class. The way is in training.
