Established in 2024, Customer Impressions is a mystery shopping and customer experience research company that helps businesses see their customer experience from the customer’s point of view. We conduct mystery shops, phone evaluations, website evaluations, and customer service assessments to provide feedback on how businesses handle customer inquiries and interactions.

Each evaluation starts with an onboarding call to define your goals and ideal customer. Evaluators matching that profile then browse your website, review your Google Business Profile, and call your business as genuine prospects.
