Dr. Sidney Coupet, DO, MPH, MSc., is a board-trained internal medicine physician offering primary and preventive care at our Plantation clinic. He takes the time to listen, so every visit feels unhurried and centered on you. We accept most major insurance plans, Medicare Advantage, and self-pay patients.
Our Direct Primary Care membership gives you unlimited office visits with no co-pays and direct access to your doctor by call or text. Members also save on prescriptions, labs, and radiology, with no hidden fees. It’s a good fit if you have no insurance or prefer not to use it.
CQC Healthcare Systems is a full-service medical clinic at 4101 NW 3rd Court in Plantation, open Monday through Friday. Services include primary care, chronic disease management, wound care, telehealth, home visits, behavioral health, and immigration exams. Our mission is to bring humanity back into healthcare.
Our internal medicine team works with you to build a customized plan for managing chronic conditions like diabetes and other long-term illnesses. We help you take the lead in your own health with ongoing support and coordinated care. Care is available through DPC membership, Medicare Advantage, or telehealth.
We treat all wounds, including diabetic foot ulcers, venous and arterial ulcers, pressure ulcers, surgical wounds, and non-healing injuries. Our five-pillar approach covers infection management, tissue regeneration, nutrition, mental health support, and offloading and compression equipment. We also offer hyperbaric oxygen therapy and accept insurance and self-pay patients.
Physician-guided weight loss at CQC Healthcare Systems starts with a full look at your health, including conditions like diabetes and obesity that make losing weight harder. We provide personalized nutrition guidance that respects your cultural and dietary preferences, with lab work and follow-up along the way. DPC members get unlimited visits and discounted labs to support their progress.
