I work with clients online worldwide using RTT - a specialised form of hypnotherapy devised by Marisa Peer. I also utilise other methods of hypnosis, including change techniques and conversational reframing. Bespoke hypnosis audios may be created to add further support. The type of sessions I offer usually provide significant improvements within one to three appointments and I work with men, women and occasionally children using a tailored approach.
I can treat most issues but mainly work with low self-esteem, low self-worth, PTSD and trauma, limiting beliefs and anxiety-related issues.
I work flexible hours outside of my Google hours of 9am-6pm, 7 days a week. Where possible, I do my best to meet client's own timescale. In person sessions are available. I am based in Thurso, Caithness - in the Scottish Highlands, but as mentioned above, treatment can also be incredibly successful online.
I am a fully-insured practitioner holding multiple hypnotherapy qualifications, including psychotherapy. The first call with me is free.
