Their salsa is special. Spicy, but what makes it unique I think might be vinegar. Actually, I'm not exactly sure, but its tangy, and damn good. Guacamole is fresh made and awesome too. I always get the Chicken Chimichangas and lather them in the salsa along with guacamole. My mouth is watering right now. Can't eat too often though if you want to live. Good thing Princeton doesn't mandate calorie counts on their menus ;-) BYOB and cash only. Parking is hard to find on the street. Go early on the weekends otherwise expect to wait. They recently moved across the street from their long time location. Still on the same street though right down from the old Princeton Medical Center location.

Authentic Mexican food, pretty good service. Only downside - no CC accepted, cash only.
