About Nj Connect
NJ-Connect.com is based on the NJ Connect Meetup Group and aims to fulfill the same objectives: raise awareness for technology companies and professionals in New Jersey and create a forum for those individuals and organizations to connect. Founded in 2009, NJ Connect has grown to over 300 members and holds meetups in Red Bank, New Jersey every other month. The vision of NJ-Connect.com is to build on what began with the meetup. The site serves as a resource, a forum, a way to connect with like-minded professionals and organizations near you, and as a platform for you to promote your products and services.
We believe that New Jersey is an underrepresented member of the technology community, much of which has to do with the silos of tech communities in New Jersey that operate independently of each other, instead of working together and supporting each other. Our goal is to connect those communities, thereby bringing New Jersey to the fore of the technology conversation.
