Our History
Net Maintain commenced operation in 1998 as a family owned
and run business when principal developer, Mark McCormick, began developing
commercial websites. The business grew quickly establishing a solid client
base.
Unsatisfied with the quality of service received from shared
hosting providers Net Maintain purchased their first dedicated web server in
2002. Another server was added within 18 months and so began an infrastructure
investment program that continues today.
In 2004, with the business continuing to grow at an
exponential rate, Net Maintain purchased offices in Bathurst's CBD and in 2011
moved to the Bathurst Business Centre, where the business still operates from
today.
Our Philosophy
When you embrace the new and ever changing world of
technology, it reflects in the end product delivered to your client; so we will
try to always be at the forefront of innovation.
Having said that; we won't jump onto every passing
bandwagon. We want to be sure new trends are just that, 'trends', and not
'fads' that will cost our clients in the short term only to disappear as
quickly as they came.
With more than a decade of experience in the industry we
owe it to our customers to pass onto them the fruits of our learning so that
they don't need to endure the pain of our mistakes.
We will always strive to provide value for money without

Our skills are in the web so we don't want to be
distracted by trying to repair computers or sell software. We want to focus on
one area and do that exceptionally well.
We won't disadvantage clients who pay on time by
continuing to provide services to those who don't. Because we need to be
financially strong in order to continue to invest in infrastructure we need our
clients to pay promptly.
Our goal is not to be the biggest, the cheapest or the
flashiest. Our goal is to control our own business so that we can take the direction
that we feel is right. It was best said by English poet William Blake, "I
must create a system or be enslaved by another mans; I will not reason and
compare: my business is to create.".
