Established in 2010 by Ian Walker, a building and surveying veteran with some 25 years experience, Walker Monaco is a family run multi disciplined Chartered building consultancy offering advice and reporting pertinent to building surveying and energy assessments.

Our services include building surveys, condition surveys, specific defect surveys and measured building surveys. Walker Monaco also offers expertise in the field of domestic energy assessments, Green Deal advice and ECO assessor sign offs.

Whilst being based in Tameside, we operate across a wide range of areas from Cheshire to Merseyside and Lancashire to Cheshire. This means we are also able to offer services in:
