P M Architecture PC, was established in 1995 by Parag Mehta, RA, AIA. Since then we have successfully completed over 150 million dollars worth of projects ranging from multi-unit residential to restaurant interiors. We provide functional architecture that enriches the users experience within an environmentally sustainable framework. Our ongoing projects continue to improve and revitalize neighborhoods while remaining financially attainable. 

Our practice is committed to the implementation of green, sustainable design in all of our projects. We believe that any project, regardless of scale, can benefit from a design concept rooted in saving energy and reducing negative environmental impact. Even the smallest detail can make a big difference and we always include energy-efficient equipment and tree planting as well as encourage the addition of options like a green roof, rain-water harvesting, and solar panels. PM Architecture PC is a member of the USGBC and we are committed to building a greener future. Based in New York City the majority of our projects lie within the five boroughs. Our full time staff consists of six personnel including two Registered Architects. In addition, we employ several consultants which are active on our wide range of ongoing work.
