At Diamond IT, we understand your business is unique, and the tech solutions you need to run your business are equally unique. Originally established in 1997 as a hardware reseller, Diamond IT grew by capturing large computer hardware and software contracts throughout California. As the industry changed, Diamond IT rebooted itself in 2005. The new Diamond IT emerged as an IT consulting, support, and training organization, specializing in all facets of business technology with an emphasis on solutions, not products.

As part of our 10th anniversary, we rebranded and refocused ourselves once again, demonstrating our ability to keep in tune with the ever-growing need and use of technology in our community. Surprised I was kick off the Cloud while working today - seems there was a patch that needed to be installed on the server. Was glad to know that was all it was.....was able to get back on about an hour later. Appreciated having my concerns put to rest that it wasn't anything serious & it didn't take long. :)

Noah helped get Dale’s cloud app to operate properly again by rebooting the server-he was professional & upbeat. Also helped us to try to figure out why the Master PW is prompting which hasn’t happened before. May need to look into it more if it continues. 😊
