What would I do without Adam? You all are as always life savers? Do you train your staff on how not to laugh at us dumb users? Because they never laugh at my dumb questions and are always so gracious to me. You all are my heroes!!!

Thank goodness for Adam. He came to help me set up my external monitors and docking station (which he successfully did) but he also saved me from having an absolute breakdown. When my new laptop was set up, none of my files were backed up to one drive and my old laptop is set to be wiped clean. I would have lost EVERYTHING. Adam immediately recognized this and truly saved me. Our company would have lost countless important documents had this not been caught. Thank you Adam for always doing an outstanding job.
