This ticket is NOT resolved yet. I am still getting the Reach UC error message on my computer. My last communication with Noah re: this was on Fri., 09/22/23 at 12:02 pm. -- his email advised, "We'll need to update your ReachUC Connector app on your computer to the latest version, I see version 3 is installed: ....Let us know when you have some time for us to uninstall version 3 and install the latest version 4.3 from this page: https://connector.reachuc.com/resources/." I responded 3 minutes later (12:05 pm) with my availability: "I am available pretty much any time today." - and as far as I know, I never heard back from him.

Talked to team about this and there is a limitation to the connector. We are handcuffed from updating Windows as the CRM software cannot have Windows updates as it will break the application.
