Richard Washington is a trial lawyer working to advance his firm's goal of making sure people have a fair chance to receive justice through the legal system when they are injured by the negligence or misconduct of others - even when it means taking on the most powerful corporations.
Richard graduated from Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science degree and from Widener University School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate. He went on to earn his LLM in Trial Advocacy from Temple University School of Law.
Richard has been admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court of New York and in the District of Columbia courts. He has served as an Arbitrator for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas and in the United States District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Richard is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Pennsylvania Association for Justice (PaAJ) and the American Association for Justice (AAJ).
Richard has distinguished himself by recovering millions of dollars for his injured clients in car accident and slip and fall cases.
Richard is most proud that he has served his community as a mentor to many students who are interested in becoming an attorney.
