- 1979 - Established as Futex Computers Ltd
- 1999 - Phoenix IT Group created
- 2004 - Trend Network Services acquired by Phoenix IT Group
- 2004 - Phoenix IT Group plc initial public offering on London Stock Exchange
- 2005 - Network Disaster Recovery (NDR) Ltd acquired by Phoenix IT Group
- 2005 - Phoenix IT Services becomes one of only 12 UK based companies to gain BS15000 accreditation (successfully transitioning to ISO20000 in January 2007)
- 2006 - Servo Computer Services Ltd acquired by Phoenix IT Group
- 2007 - ICM Computer Group plc acquired by Phoenix IT Group
- 2008 - ICM and NDR merge to create ICM Business Continuity
- 2010 - Servo acquires network support contract base from Kcom
- 2010 - ICM acquires Office-Shadow, developer of business continuity planning software
- 2011 - ICM and Servo merge to create a single source IT services and business continuity provider
- 2012 - Phoenix IT Services and ICM merge to become Phoenix
Phoenix is the trading name of Phoenix IT Group plc, which is listed on the London Stock Exchange and is a profitable and financially stable business. In 2012/13 it had revenues of £250m, over 3,600 customers and 2,300 staff.
