Arctic Air is a family run business that is serving Monmouth, Middlesex, Mercer, and Ocean counties since 1977. We specialize in residential and commercial Air Conditioning, Heating, Humidification and indoor air quality. Our philosophy is to provide top of the line equipment with the best installation and service available in the industry.

In 1977, Howard Albert and his wife Paulette opened Arctic Air Conditioning in their Marlboro, NJ home. As a school teacher, Howard initially wanted a part time business for the summer while school was out.

By 1993, the business had grown so much, the Albert’s knew they needed more space.

Howard, Paulette, and their son Ross, who had since joined the business, decided to move Arctic Air to a 3,000 square foot building on Vanderburg Rd in Marlboro. Due to their continued hard work and customer satisfaction, Arctic Air once more needed additional space to better serve its’ customers.

In 2009, Arctic Air opened the doors to their 16,000 square foot facility in Old Bridge, NJ. This gives them the ability to stock more products ensuring quicker service.
