John S. Wisniewski, Esq. established Wisniewski & Associates, LLC® in April 2006. Prior to that, Mr. Wisniewski was a partner in the Tinton Falls law firm of Ronan, Tuzzio & Giannone for ten years. Wisniewski & Associates, LLC is a Bond Buyers Municipal Marketplace® listed and Martindale-Hubbell® rated law firm centrally located in well-equipped facilities in Sayreville, New Jersey. There are three attorneys, two secretaries, one paralegal and one office manager who are available to service the needs of our clients. Mr. Wisniewski has been licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey since 1987. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Districts of New Jersey, the Western District of New York and the United States Supreme Court. Jason R. Hawrylak, Esq. is an associate of the firm. Since 2008, he has been admitted to the practice of law in New Jersey and New York and practices in the areas of general litigation, municipal court law, and family law. John P. Miller, Esq., is also an associate of the firm. Since 2003, he has been admitted to the practice of law in New Jersey and practices in the areas of utilities and authorities’ law, municipal law, property tax law, and general litigation.

Wisniewski & Associates, LLC® is open Monday through Friday; from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm and accepts most major credit cards. Weekend and evening hours are available by appointment. A no-charge initial consultation is available on most matters.
