Even though the prices are a little expensive, I really enjoy this place. They do a really nice job pairing their food to their local brews. There is a lot of variety on their menu from unique appetizers to delicious comfort food. I used to get the Shrimp Po Boy but recently I didn't see it on the menu. It would be awesome if they could get it back.

I'm a ketchup with my fries guy....except when I go to Triumph. They made their own chipotle mayonnaise before anyone ever heard of chipotle. It is so darn good that the first time I tasted it back in the late 90s I actually went out and bought canned chipotles in adobo sauce at a mexican grocery store to try to duplicate it. It was/ and still is awesome. Especially when paired with a perfectly cooked burger / fries and a Bengal Gold IPA. So enough about my obsession with their chipotle mayonnaise, they actually really do have a really good chef and some really good interesting food. Way better than you would expect from a Microbrewery. Biggest irritation is their inability to take reservations on weekends (or maybe otherwise too) and REALLY slow seating. So getting stuck waiting for a table for forever sometimes is the norm. More often than not actually we end up going somewhere else we like less out of impatience.

I recently went here and ordered the grass-fed beef burger. Once I ate the sandwich, i felt fine but an hour or so later I felt sort of sick. The burger didn't feel like it digested properly. It eventually went away but nobody wants to feel like that after they eat. Also, this is the 2nd time that has happened to me when eating those burgers.
