About Brick Pediatric Dentistry
At Brick Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics, we feel that optimal dental health and oral care for infants, children, teenagers, and those with special needs is necessary for them to keep an attractive, healthy smile for a lifetime. We take pride in preventing and solving dental problems in a relaxed and dental-friendly environment for your son or daughter.
Our goal is to help make your child’s dental care as pleasant and easy as possible. The office is designed for young patients and seeks an informal atmosphere. We have a play area with toys and books as well as video games. The children love looking at our African Cichlid aquarium.
We encourage parents to be a part of their children’s dental health but request that they leave any of their own unpleasant experiences at the door. We use positive words in terms children understand, to explain their treatment. We stay away from negative words like hurt, needles, pain, “be brave”, and “squeeze as hard as you can” which can put into their young minds ideas that they never thought of.
