I ordered two window regulators and control switch for our Ford Explorer 2002. We use this vehicle very little and it only has 57000 in excellent condition and a fourth car for us but the rear door windows quit working. Ford price was almost three times what I paid !A Auto and I didn't want to buy salvage. I looked at the 1A Auto.web site and noticed the videos for replacement and watched it. EXTREMELY HELPFUL! I ordered the parts and used regular shipping and the parts arrived three days earlier than I expected. They were actually better than OEM! Went in easy following the video and each took about 35 min to do. I am extremely surprised and appreciative of their product and service!
