In 1992, nearly 30 years after first arriving to the United States from Chios, Greece, the Karsos brothers took over the Brookside Diner. George, John, and Mike Karsos had a vision to establish a reputable business among a community they knew provided them with that opportunity.
They knew their dream would not be easy but they were ready for the challenge. After 20 years of long hours, 7 day weeks, and endless hard work, the Karsos family has built a solid reputation among the community for providing the best food, at the best price and with the finest service. Even today, they continue to work tirelessly to keep the high standards they set nearly two decades ago.
Along with watching their businesses grow, so have each of their families. They have now opened the doors to the next generation to help grow even further and continue the tradition of excellence.
