We can mix on-site and remote working, and keep in touch through
various media, e.g. phone, email, video conference. We are located in North
East England and because of our virtual working nature, can support projects
nationally and internationally.
About Adapt Project Management
The idea of flexible project and change management arose from
personal experience in the project arena. So often, projects are run by
employees in addition to their day jobs, which can limit the care and attention
available to the project. Other projects have a dedicated full-time project
manager (sometimes contracted in for this purpose) who can experience natural
'down-time' at points within the project lifecycle and finds the needs to fill
in periods, which can waste time and money.
