Samuels Solicitors was founded in Barnstaple in 1990 and has become North Devon's niche litigation practice, at the same time as building an excellent reputation for our private client and property services. 

We have a down to earth and sympathetic approach to our clients' problems and we will always explain your options in plain English. We recognise the importance of keeping our clients informed on the progress of cases and responding quickly to our clients' needs.

We also appreciate that legal solutions should be cost effective. We advise clients about our fees at the outset, and keep you regularly informed as the case progresses. When clients have a strong case, we will always consider flexible funding arrangements to ensure that you have access to justice whenever needed.
