Set in over 20 acres of rolling countryside in the beautiful Tamar Valley, Honicombe Manor Resort sits on the Cornwall/Devon border, close to Dartmoor National Park. The luxury lodges, cottages and bungalows offer everything you need to feel at home whilst being surrounded by fields, woodland and streams as well as boasting some stunning views. Our self-catering accommodation offers holidays in a tranquil and picturesque setting whilst also having great on-site facilities to keep you entertained. Our VIP lodges include hot tubs and our choice of accommodation, including bungalows, makes Honicombe Manor perfect for all the family. From little ones all the way up to bringing Great Grandma along! Our leisure facilities are all OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. The gym and pool are open daily from 9am – 7pm with a choice of memberships on offer, available to view here. Our conservatory restaurant and bar are also open to all, from 5pm to 11pm 7 days a week with food being served between 11am and 9pm . Drinks are served up until 11pm. Our bar also offers free wifi access.
On site we offer a range of facilities for an enjoyable stay:
- Fully-equipped, self-catering holiday properties, accommodating between 4 and 8 people each, some with their own private hot tubs;
- A large indoor pool complex, with a sauna, and a fitness centre;
- Conservatory restaurant and bar;
- Tennis courts & 5-a-side football pitch;
- Outdoor heated pool and terrace;
- Family entertainment during peak seasons.
We cater for families, couples, small groups and are also dog-friendly.

Situated in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), we have lots of walking and cycling trails right on our doorstep to take you through the beautiful local countryside.
