About David Mount | Northern Virginia Real Estate Agent
David Mount is a REALTOR® with The Redux Group of eXp Realty and one of Northern Virginia's top-producing listing agents. A Northern Virginia Association of Realtors (NVAR) Platinum Top Producer, Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES), and Military Relocation Professional (MRP), David has served more than 200 clients with over $130 million in lifetime sales across 12+ years of full-time practice. David grew up in Burke, Virginia, graduated from Lake Braddock Secondary School, and earned his degree at James Madison University before beginning his career as a Department of Defense analyst. Northern Virginia is not a market he learned; it is home. That local fluency shows up in sub-market pricing and neighborhood-specific marketing across Fairfax County, Arlington, Alexandria, Falls Church, Loudoun County, and Prince William County. His practice has particular procedural depth in inherited property and estate sales. As a CPRES, David is well-versed in the procedures that govern Virginia inherited estate-property sales under Title 64.2 of the Code of Virginia. He also specializes in downsizing and retiree-relocation sales, luxury listings, and military moves. As one of Veterans United's preferred real estate agents (top 10%), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), and the son of a stepfather who served in Army Special Forces, David brings real experience to PCS relocations and VA-loan transactions. A follower of Jesus and a member of the Christian Real Estate Network, David serves clients of every background with the same honesty, care, and patience. He is rated 5.0 stars across 100+ client reviews on Google, Zillow, and Realtor.com. Contact: 571-946-8418 · david.mount@thereduxgroup.com · davidmounthomes.com
