About Macdonald Aviemore Woodland Lodges
Set within Cairngorms National Park and surrounded by pine trees, this group of upmarket log cabins is part of the Macdonald Aviemore Resort complex. It's a 6-minute walk from the Aviemore train station, and 4 miles from walking trails and castle ruins at Loch an Eilein.
Warmly decorated 3-bedroom, bi-level cabins feature living areas, kitchens, terraces and flat-screen TVs, as well storage for skis and bikes.
Parking is complimentary. An activity centre offers an indoor pool and kids' play areas. The resort complex features 6 restaurants, 2 bars and a cafe. Breakfast is available for a surcharge.
