About Loan Wize - Mortgage Broker
Established in 2008, the Loan Wize story began when two friends and peers, Tammy Lee and Jon Colley decided to merge their existing mortgage and finance businesses to create Loan Wize. Both Tammy and Jon already had extensive experience within the Banking and Finance industry individually as both have been working as Mortgage Brokers since 2005, and in the Banking and finance industry for far longer.
One of their key passions is helping to educate people to realise their property investment goals, as they are both passionate property investors, by providing ongoing quality advice and information to their clients to assist them in this area. All these years later the thing that brings Jon and Tammy the most joy is seeing the personal results of the clients that have realised incredible wealth creation through property.
