About Transitions Counseling and Consulting
At Transitions Counseling and Consulting, we provide affordable, skilled mental health services and counseling in Spring, Houston, and Texas for children, teenagers, and adults. We are in-network with most major insurance plans and strive to provide first appointments within 5 days or less. Our caring team of professionals provide telepsychiatry, medication management, in-person and telehealth therapy, group therapy, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), and partial hospitalization programs (PHP) for a range of issues including depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, and self-harm. We voluntarily completed accreditation with The Joint Commission to demonstrate our commitment to the highest standards of patient safety and quality improvement.
