Based in Sussex, Sarah Allenby-Byrne is a registered Homeopath and Life Coach with over 17 years of experience, having qualified in 2008. She specialises in supporting women during transformative times in their lives especially if they are facing anxiety, depression, decision fatigue, and imposter syndrome. This can include, personal growth and identity, career changes, relationships, parenting, health challenges, retirement and later life, empty nest syndrome and more. Sarah also works with both adults and children, offering a natural and holistic approach to well-being with homeopathy and coaching. Through The Elevation Project, she also runs transformative workshops and courses in Shoreham-by-Sea, West Sussex, and surrounding areas.
