About Studio Om Yoga
Studio Om, a warm and welcoming Vinyasa Class set in the heart of Dulwich. We are located within the tranquil setting of St Barnabus Parish Hall, the space is light and peaceful.
The class, run by Sarah is a combination of yin and mandala, expect to start of slow and progress to a more dynamic and creative sequence. The class is designed to reset the body and mind after the working week leaving you to feel your best self for the week ahead.
