About Spradley Properties
Founded in 2005, Spradley Properties is a full-service real estate company specializing in brokerage, property management, and maintenance services for commercial and residential properties. As we continued to expand in staff and customers, we outgrew our original location near the heart of historic downtown Temple. In 2016, Spradley Properties moved to its current location near Wildcat Stadium at 121 N. 31st Street.
