The technician that assisted me was courteous, and very experienced in the issue I was having. He did not stop until I had a resolution to the problem that prompted the call. When there was a problem that required additional assistance, he reached out to a colleague who could help me further. Even when that colleague couldn't immediately assist due to work load, he made sure to communicate with me.
