Myatt & Bell, P.C. exists because of our belief in families. We believe in building up, strengthening, preserving, and protecting families through the generations.
The incapacity of a loved one; the lack of an estate or business succession plan; the passing of a family member; a family fight over inheritance: These circumstances commonly disrupt and even destroy families, businesses, and relationships. It does not have to be that way. We are passionate about helping families navigate these challenges in ways that serve the family.
With an estate planning legacy dating back to 1960, we have drafted thousands of wills and trusts. Based on the age of our firm, this also means that we have a lot of clients becoming incapacitated and passing away. To assist these clients, and their families, we provide services in elder law, trust administration, and/or probate work. Our experience representing our clients through these difficult times of incapacity and death makes us better estate planners because we know what works and what does not work. Today, we have transitioned estates as far as six generations. We have numerous examples of families passing wealth and legacies successfully.
