About Mindspace Foundation
We provide high-quality, affordable, face-to-face and online counselling services for children, young people and adults, as well as CPCAB counselling training courses - from introductory CPD workshops to advanced qualifications - from our centre in Basingstoke town centre. Our skilled and experienced practitioners provide 1-to-1 support to those aged 5+ through to adulthood with a wide range of mental health and well-being challenges.
