Michael D. Horn's personal experience with the law inspired him to become a criminal defense attorney to fight for justice and defend the accused. Just prior to graduating from Vassar College in 1988, he was arrested for a crime he did not commit. My goal is to ensure that your constitutional rights are respected, every possible defense is investigated and all avenues of mitigation or justification are presented.
