At no time will you be unsafe in a session with us. It may not be a smooth and easy path towards your goal but the experience of trying new things, sitting comfortably with uncomfortable feelings, and letting us know the skills that work best for you and the ones that are not so helpful is how your therapist will best help you grow. If we are working with your child, their sessions will be appropriate for their age, and your therapist will meet your child where they are developmentally and emotionally. We incorporate things the child can relate to, such as art and play therapy
