About Life Ki-do Martial Arts, Parenting & Life Education
Life Ki-do strengthens children, teens, and adults inside and out. Fueled by martial arts and our unique Tools for Life system, students learn to connect their body, breath and brain developing focus and mindfulness, confidence and resilience, relaxation skills to deal with stress and anxiety, empathy and kindness, as well as a strong, safe body.
