About Leavity Bread & Coffee
Leavity Bread & Coffee offers an artisan bakery and café experience featuring naturally-leavened, slow-fermented sourdough loaves made from organic, heirloom and whole-grain flours. The product lineup includes classic loaves (Salt Lake sourdough, whole wheat, sesame, baguette, ciabatta, focaccia, Laganes), weekly special “inclusion” breads (e.g., olives, nuts or fruit), and freshly baked pastries (scones, biscotti). On the café side, they serve specialty coffee and espresso beverages (macchiato, cortado, pour-over, drip) using beans from King’s Peak Coffee Roasters, as well as teas and kombucha. Their services include café dine-in and take-out of bread loaves, sandwiches and toasts made on their breads, and a welcoming community space open Tuesday – Sunday mornings until early afternoon.
